Sometimes, We come across a phrase on social media platforms that says:
“You should create ads or posts that will increase your followers’ social currency.”

What is meant by that?

Social currency is sending posts that leave the recipient with an impression of my interests, whether they are comedic posts or serious posts.

For example, when I send my boss serious and valuable publications, this gives him the impression that I am a hardworking, intelligent employee who is interested in work.

So this is my social currency.
